Is this the right fit?
We are direct about this on purpose. The clinicians who thrive here know exactly what they are walking into.
Who this is for
- A Licensed Resident in Counseling, or a fully licensed clinician (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PsyD, PhD)
- Experienced in — or genuinely excited to grow in — Sex Therapy, Couples Therapy, and trauma-informed care
- A strong communicator, culturally responsive, and coachable, with a high willingness to learn and take feedback
- Comfortable with (or willing to learn) telehealth platforms and electronic health records
- Ready to grow inside a specialized, high-performing group practice
Who this is not for
- Looking for “hours only,” with no interest in professional growth
- Resistant to feedback or supervision
- Unwilling to take on a steady caseload
- Uncomfortable using telehealth, EHRs, or modern clinical tools
- Hoping to “just show up” rather than engage in ongoing learning and client care excellence
Apply to join us
We can only onboard a limited number of residents at a time — that is how we protect the quality of supervision and the steadiness of client flow. If this sounds like the practice you have been looking for, tell us about yourself below.
Applications are read by our clinical leadership, not a recruiter. If your experience or interests line up, you’ll hear from us to set up a conversation.
